Botswana Intends to Grow GDP, Looks to Mining Industry

Mining Weekly reported that Botswana is optimistic about the future of the mining industry in their country, with several projects on tap.

As quoted in the market report: Botswana is now the world’s leading diamond producer in terms of the quality and grade of its diamonds, but also hosts significant copper, nickel, cobalt, gold, soda ash and coal deposits, which are currently being exploited and developed.
