Adroit Closes $1,500,000.00 Private Placement & Grants Incentive Stock Options

Adroit Resources Inc.(TSXV:ADT) announced that it has completed the private placement 25,000,000 units for CDN$1,500,000.

The press release is quoted as saying:

All shares issued in connection with the private placement are subject to a four month hold period expiring on March 18th, 2011. The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the Company’s filing in respect of this private placement. The proceeds from this private placement will be used for general working capital, current obligations and the development of mineral properties.
