Zinc-Major market developments in December

Bloomberg.com reports that there is a large over-supply of zinc expected in 2011, globally.

The story is quoted as saying:

“The stock levels we see at the moment are likely to stay with the industry for the rest of this year and if that’s the case I don’t think that justifies prices at current levels,” said Neil Buxton, managing director at GFMS Consulting.
