Scorpio Mining Corp Announces Exploration Program for 2013

Scorpio Mining Corporation (TSX:SPM) announced its planned exploration program for the year which will focus on the Nuestra Señora Mine which produces zinc and other mineralization. The company plans to explore the 26,819 hectare land area for possible new resources.

As quoted in the press release:

A 5,000 meter surface drilling program has also commenced to test the Venado, Los Cristos, and San Ramon targets, where significant silver-lead-zinc+/-copper mineralization has been identified in either outcrop, drill core or historical workings.
