The name and symbol of the Company will remain the same. Effective at the opening on June 1, 2018, the shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. Post-Consolidation Capitalization: Unlimited shares with no par value of which approximately 24,173,824 shares are issued and outstanding.
