Nyrstar Launches Right Issue to Buy More Mines

Reuters Africa reported that the world’s largest zinc smelter has launched a right issue in order to buy additional mines.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Nyrstar has bought zinc mines in the United States, Peru and Greenland in the past two years, part of a push into mining, which offers better margins than traditional smelting.
