Foran Mining (TSXV:FOM) has announced more results from its drilling program at McIlvenna Bay in Saskatchewan.

As highlighted in the press release:

MB-18-206w1

  • 9.63 percent zinc, 0.24 percent copper, 29.52 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, 0.21 g/t gold over 8.12 m,

    • including 12.92 percent zinc, 0.28 percent copper, 40.43 g/t gold, 0.19 g/t gold over 3.08m.

As quoted in the press release, president and chief executive officer of Foran, Patrick Soares said:

“Hole MB-18-206w1 intersected a wide, high grade zinc intercept at the edge of the known massive sulphide grade shell. These results seem to indicate that the mineralization may extend well beyond the drill hole thereby potentially increasing the size of the McIlvenna Bay deposit.”
