Energia Minerals Ltd. (ASX:EMX) released an update on its Italy-based Gorno zinc project, commenting that diamond drilling continues to expand the known envelope of mineralization within the Colonna Zorzone deposit.
Meanwhile, work on a maiden JORC resource estimate is in the final stages, and a scoping study is set to be complete by the end of March.
As quoted in the press release:

Ongoing drilling at Colonna Zorzone continues to deliver impressive results, confirming the grade, tenor and continuity of the high-grade zinc mineralisation at Gorno.
Of particular significance are holes GDD068 and GDD071, drilled in the north-west region in the vicinity of historical hole PW62. GDD068 was drilled approximately 20m to the south-west of PW62 and has visually confirmed continuity and grade over this distance while also establishing a true width of approximately 4-5m for the previously reported 15m intersection grading 11.1% Zn+Pb in PW62. The approximate 3m intersection of massive zinc sulphides in GDD071 (see Figure 2) is narrower with an estimated true width of 2m.
The Company has also recently completed a cross-cut through the Zorzone deposit in the vicinity of GDD011 (see Figures 1,3 & 4) allowing extraction of a bulk sample which has been sent to Outotec in Finland for ore sorting amenability testwork in early April.
