The Technical Report entitled “Prairie Creek Property Feasibility Study NI 43-101 Technical Report” effective September 28, 2017, which provides the results of the recently completed 2017 Feasibility Study (“2017 Feasibility Study” or “2017 FS”), was prepared by AMC Mining Consultants (Canada) (“AMC”), with contributions by Ausenco Engineering Canada Inc. (“Ausenco”), Global Mineral Resource Services Ltd., Allnorth Consultants Limited and F.
