Tasmania Approves A$50m Barnes Hill Project

Mining Weekly reports the Tasmanian  granted a mining lease to Proto Resources’ (ASX:PRW) A$50-million Barnes Hill mine, which will produce nickel.

The market news is quoted as saying,

Tasmanian Energy and Resources Minister Bryan Green said that the feasibility study for the Barnes Hill project was due within the next few weeks, adding that the development proposal including a mine plan had already been completed, and was ready for submission as part of the company’s approval documentation.
