The list of speakers included the Company’s CFO Sergey Malyshev, Chief Accountant Andrey Malutin, Director of Insurance Department Pavel Ezau, CEO of NN-Infocom LLC Alexey Subbotin, Director of Transformation Project Office Alexey Kovtun, Director of Treasury Department Nikita Orlov and Director of Tax Department Svetlana Morenko. Multiple projects were discussed at the event, including implementation of the corporate ERP system and development of Share Service Center.
Norilsk Nickel CFO Sergey Malyshev stated:
such workshops are particularly useful because they provide a good opportunity for our Block’s management to get together and discuss all of our current and future projects as well as key bottlenecks. This event is also crucial for advancing internal communications which can greatly impact the efficiency of our project execution process.
