No New Injunction on $1.5bn PNG Nickel Project

Mining Weekly reports Highlands Pacific (ASX:HIG) refuted claims that a new injunction had been placed on the $1.5-billion Ramu nickel operation.

The market news is quoted as saying,

The company said in a statement to the market that the PNG Supreme Court had heard an injunction application by the unsuccessful plaintiff in the Deep Sea Tailings Placement (DSTP) case, decided by the National Court last week.
