LeadFX Inc. (the “Company” or “LeadFX“) (TSX: LFX) today announced that Enirgi Group Corporation (“Enirgi Group” or the “Lender”), subject to regulatory approval, has agreed to extend the period of forbearance and maturity date under its credit agreement, as amended, with the Company (the “Credit Agreement”) to July 31, 2016 while management works through a close out solution. All other terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement remain the same.
