Wuhan May Start Liberia Iron Exports Next Year

Bloomberg reported Wuhan Iron & Steel Co.’s (SHA:600005) unit in Liberia may start shipments of iron ore next year.

As quoted in the market news:

China Union Liberia has completed geological surveys of the Bong Mines area and aims to start operations in 2012, the Monrovia-based newspaper said, citing Chief Engineer Xiong Subo.
