Macarthur Minerals Updates on Sale of Western Australian Projects

Macarthur Minerals Limited (TSXV:MMS, OTCQX:MMSDF) provided an update on the progress of the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary which owns the Western Australian iron ore projects.
According to the company’s press release:

In accordance with the Share Sale Agreement, GIM and the Company has agreed to extend the period for financial close to December 31, 2015.
