Los Andes Closes $305,569 Second Tranche of Financing

Los Andes Copper Ltd. (TSXV:LA) announced it has closed the second tranche of the private placement announced in its news release dated Sept. 10, 2015. On Nov. 26, 2015, the company issued 1,388,950 shares at 22 cents per share for gross proceeds of $305,569.
Los Andes Copper Ltd. (TSXV:LA) announced it has closed the second tranche of the private placement announced in its news release dated Sept. 10, 2015. On Nov. 26, 2015, the company issued 1,388,950 shares at 22 cents per share for gross proceeds of $305,569. These shares are subject to a hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws expiring on March 27, 2016.
Los Andes sold a total of 7,407,495 units at a price of 22 cents per unit for total gross proceeds of $1,629,649.
The company will use these proceeds for the drilling program of the central core of the Vizcachitas porphyry copper-molybdenum project and for working capital purposes.
