The press release is quoted as saying:
The Lisbon Valley Property is favorably located only a few miles from one of Utah’s largest copper production properties, the Lisbon Valley Copper Mine. At full production, this mine was producing over 27,000 tonnes of copper ore annually. Utah State is host to some of the Nation’s largest copper production facilities. Copper is the largest contributor of nonfuel minerals in Utah, with a value of over $1.7 billion and an output of nearly 20 million pounds annually. For more than a century Utah has been one of the world’s largest copper producers.
