CMC Metals Ltd. (CVE:CMB) reports the approval of the Bishop mill water license.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Construction of the tailings pond and shipment of ore from one of the available sources will start once the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has reviewed and accepted the amended Plan of Operations.
CMC Metals’ President and CEO, Don Wedman, P.Eng., says:
“It truly is a remarkable accomplishment bringing the Bishop mill back into production. It is an example of the California State Departments, Water Board, Inyo County, and BLM all working towards the goal of developing a facility that is environmentally, socially, and financially viable. The Bishop mill facilities will be an important asset generating cash flow and profits for our shareholders.”
