EPM Mining Ventures Inc. (TSXV:EPK,OTCQX:EPKMF) announced results from the director election for its 2014 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders which was held in Toronto on June 23. At the Meeting, all nominees listed in EPM’s Management Information Circular dated May 16, 2014 as candidate directors were reelected.
