Debate over Saskatchewan potash royalty structure likely to continue into provincial election

CKOM News Talk reports the debate over Saskatchewan’s potash royalty structure will likely rage on into the upcoming provincial election.

Energy Minister Bill Boyd tells John Gormley Live a review just isn’t in the cards right now.

“If there was something that has fundamentally changed in the industry, we’d perhaps take a look at it sooner,” said Boyd.  “But right now we feel that taxes are at appropriate levels.”
