American Potash Corporation (the “Company”) (AMP:CSE) proceeds with a name change from American Potash Corporation to New Tech Lithium Corp. under the new trading symbol, “NTM”.

Shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol on Monday, January 22, 2018.
