Pharmaceutical Spending in Africa to Reach $30B in 3 Years

Spending on pharmaceuticals in Africa is expected to reached $30 billion by 2016, the Botswana Gazette reported.

The recent first pharmaceutical sector seminar held in Tunisia revealed that the African pharmaceutical sector is expected to grow tremendously in the coming years. Further, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) promise a bright future for the African pharmaceutical industry.
