Reata Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its Class A common stock.

Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:RETA) (“Reata”), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its Class A common stock. This offering will be subject to the registration statement on Form S-1 becoming effective and subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed.
