Hebron Technology (NASDAQ:HEBT) has announced it has signed nonbinding memoranda of understanding with Bionic Sound and VOR Sense to collaborate on medical device projects.

As quoted in the press release:

The Company signed an MoU with Bionic Sound, Inc., a smart hearing aid research and development company, for strategic collaboration on projects related to hearing aid devices. In addition, the Company signed an MoU with VOR Sense, Inc., for strategic collaboration on projects related to diagnostic medical equipment.

Mr. Anyuan Sun, Chairman and Chief Executive Office of Hebron, commented, “We are honored to host a group of business and academic experts from Silicon Valley, U.S., who are seeking collaboration with Hebron with regard to the Chinese healthcare market. Hebron will leverage our existing Chinese marketing resources, as well as our capability of working with American healthcare technology providers, such as Bionic Sound and VOR Sense, for the next stage of company’s growth.”

Mr. Anyuan Sun continued, “We are excited about the huge hearing aid market in China, the main target market of Bionic Sound.
