DCOA OKs Abilene Life Sciences Accelerator Business Development Budget

ReporterNews reported that the Development Corporation of Abilene has approved a $102,400 funding for the Abilene Life Sciences Accelerator facility.

As quoted in the market news:

Lee Ann Woods, a Dallas-based consultant who does strategic planning and creates business plans, has recommended adopting a contract development and manufacturing organization as a business model, possibly renaming the accelerator facility Abilene Laboratories.
