Water Ways Technologies Inc. announces that it has engaged the services of Questrade, Inc. to provide services as a market maker.
Water Ways Technologies Inc. (Water Ways) (TSXV:WWT) announces that it has engaged the services of Questrade, Inc. (“Questrade”) to provide services as a market maker at a fee of up to $4,500 per month for a period of one year. No stock options are being granted in connection with the engagement.
Questrade, Inc., provides Canadians with high-speed, direct access trading in the U.S. and Canadian stock and options markets through its IQ trading platforms. Questrade offers market making services on behalf of TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, and Canadian Securities Exchange listed companies, providing liquidity on the stock exchanges for shareholders.
Questrade is arm’s length to the Company. Questrade’s market making activity will be primarily to correct temporary imbalances in the supply and demand of the Company’s shares. Questrade will be responsible for the costs it incurs in buying and selling the Company’s shares, and no third party will be providing funds or securities for the market making activities.
