Vodis Investor Update

Vodis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CSE: VP / FSE: 1JV1)  is pleased to inform investors that it is among the set of applicants to have recently been contacted by Health Canada. The Company’s application to produce cannabis under the ‘Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations’ (ACMPR) in Canada is currently in ‘Active Review’. The Company is in the process of upgrading its Delta facility to meet the requirements of the ACMPR, which have changed since the Company’s original application under the ‘Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations’ (MMPR). These updates include minor hardware upgrades to its video surveillance and intrusion detection systems and installation of a seed-to-sale tracking system. Vodis plans to select Canadian-made Ample Organics as its seed-to-sale tracking system provider.
Vodis is also pleased to announce that the expansion to its facility in Bellingham, WA, announced March 23, 2017, is approximately 75% complete. This work involved major structural changes to the building to support the construction of a 2nd floor within the facility above previously licensed, unused, canopy space. At present the completed work will allow the Company’s tenant, Premium Cannabis Producers LLC (“PCP”), to double its current production capacity. Upon completion, the facility will support the full 10,000 sq ft of PCP’s Tier 2 license capacity. The Company anticipates the Bellingham expansion to be complete before the end of the year.
