Ascent Industries Corp. Granted Extension by Health Canada
Ascent Industries Corp. (CSE: ASNT) (“Ascent” or the “Company”) reports that Health Canada has granted the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Agrima Botanical Corp. (“Agrima”), additional time to be heard under the Cannabis Act and Cannabis Regulations with respect to the suspension and proposed revocation of the Canadian producer’s licence and dealer’s licence issued to Agrima.
Ascent Industries Corp. (CSE: ASNT) (“Ascent” or the “Company”) reports that Health Canada has granted the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Agrima Botanical Corp. (“Agrima”), additional time to be heard under the Cannabis Act and Cannabis Regulations with respect to the suspension and proposed revocation of the Canadian producer’s licence and dealer’s licence issued to Agrima.
Agrima now has until December 17, 2018 to provide Health Canada with reasons as to why the revocation is unfounded.
