Nevada Energy Issues 99,440 Shares for Services

Nevada Energy Metals (TSXV:BFF) (OTCQB:SSLMF) (Frankfurt:A2AFBV): Pursuant to the terms of the agreement announced on March 16, 2016, with Agoracom, Nevada Energy Metals Inc. is issuing shares for services. In exchange for the online advertising and marketing services, the Company is issuing 99,440 common shares at a deemed price of $0.10 per share to AGORACOM for services in the amount of $9,944 subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
All shares issued are subject to a regulatory hold period of four months plus one day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
