Acquiring and Exploring Early-Stage Mineral Properties in BC and Mexico

Overview

TOCVAN Ventures Corp. (CSE:TOC,CNSX:TOC.CN,OTC:TCVNF) is an emerging natural resource company formed to acquire, explore and develop mineral properties with a dedication to economic and shareholder interests. The company’s key project under development is the Pilar gold project in the gold-producing region of Sonora, Mexico. The company also owns the Rodgers Creek project in the Lillooet Mining District in southwest British Columbia.

TOCVAN Ventures has an exceptional management team with decades of experience in capital and retail markets, assessment and acquisition, and precious metal exploration and development. CEO Derek Wood and Director Mark Smethurst alone have a combined 50 years of experience in geological exploration and capital finance. With their world-class expertise, the team is also taking advantage of the prolonged bear market in the resource industry and focusing two advanced projects into a clean investment vehicle.

Wood says that Smethurst analyzed approximately 150 projects from early-stage companies that have excellent property assets, but lack sufficient funding and investment. The Pilar gold project in Sonora, Mexico was selected, and for good reason: “The Pilar property has the right features and system to allow for great potential in defining a multimillion-ounce property,” said Smethurst.

In 2019, Sonora was the largest gold producer in Mexico with a recorded 36.2 metric tons of gold. Sonora is home to producing mines such as Fresnillo’s (LSE:FRES) La Herradura, and Argonaut Gold’s (TSX:AR) La Colorada, Sonora is also currently being explored by top companies such as Silver Viper (TSXV:VIPR) and Colibri Resource Corporation (TSXV:CBI).

Argonaut Gold’s La Colorada mine, one of the largest silver reserves in the world, is approximately one hour north of the Pilar project site and shares similar geological features, structural trends and precious mineral potential.

In an interview, Wood described the Pilar gold project as a “significantly sized,” and “strong IP anomaly at a depth never-before drilled”, which has the potential to be a “small scale, early stage, open-pittable production at surface.”

TOCVAN Ventures is committed to leveraging the latest technologies in the mining industry. The company plans to use geomagnetic and 3-D imaging to increase precision accuracy of targeted zones for its upcoming drill program on the Pilar gold project. This analysis has the potential to increase the success of the drill program due to the scientific targeting of the drills.

With their world-class expertise, the team is taking advantage of the prolonged bear market in the resource industry and is focusing on unlocking value with their projects. The company’s share structure is relatively tight which “[n]ot only allows future capital raising but keeps the potential upside for investors without too much dilution,” according to Andrew O’Donell of Supercharged Stocks.

Tocvan Ventures is in a world class mining district, leveraging the past drilling and exploration to rapidly advance the Plar gold project to production. The low cost open pitable project plan combined with the tight shareholder structure and great management provides the potential for lots of upside for investors.
