Blackstone Minerals Announces The Resignation of Joint Company Secretary

Blackstone Minerals Limited (“Blackstone” or “the Company”), advises that Mr Michael Naylor has resigned as Joint Company Secretary with effect from 5pm (WST) on Tuesday, 31st March 2020.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Michael for his contribution to the Company and its Shareholders of Blackstone.

Mr Jamie Byrde will continue as Company Secretary. Authorised by the Board of Blackstone Minerals Limited.
