Toshiba and Wi-LAN Subsidiary Enter Into Licence Agreement

Collabo Innovations Inc., a subsidiary of Wi-LAN Inc (TSE:WIN), has entered into a patent license agreement with Toshiba Corp (TYO:6502).
According to the press release, the agreement:

[realates] to image sensing technology, which is used in electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets and cameras. Wi-LAN acquired the portfolio from Panasonic in 2013.
The licence resolves litigation pending in the district of Delaware. The consideration paid to Wi-LAN and other terms of the licence agreement are confidential.
