Mobi724 Closes C$2.8 Million Deal with Ackroo

Mobi724 Global Solutions (TSXV:MOS), fintech company announced that it has closed the C$2.8 million transaction with Ackroo (TSXV:AKR). As part of the deal, marketing company Ackroo acquired assets from IQ 7/24, a subsidiary of Mobi724.

As quoted in the press release:

Marcel Vienneau CEO of MOBI724 stated: “Having now closed this Transaction, the entire MOBI724 team will direct all of its focus on advancing and monetizing the highly scalable business opportunities that exist with both payment card issuers and processing networks across Latin America.”

Allan Rosenhek CFO of MOBI724 said: “We have greatly appreciated the degree of collaboration and professionalism exhibited by Ackroo’s executive team.
