Water Ways Technologies Inc. (TSXV:WWT) (“Water Ways” or the “Company”) (formerly known as Sagittarius Capital Corporation), a technology-driven water irrigation company delivering turnkey irrigation solutions across the world, is pleased to announce that it has satisfied all the regulatory requirements in connection with the completion of its Qualifying Transaction on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”).

Trading of the Company’s common shares on the TSX-V will resume on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 under the symbol “WWT”.
