Wonderfilm Announces Proposed Repricing of Warrant Terms of October 2018 Financing
The Wonderfilm Media Corporation (TSXV: WNDR) (OTC: WDRFF), (“Wonderfilm” or the “Company”) announces that, subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange, it intends to amend the terms of a total of 1,269,663 outstanding share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) issued pursuant to a private placement that closed in on October 5, 2018.
The Wonderfilm Media Corporation (TSXV:WNDR) (OTC:WDRFF), (“Wonderfilm” or the “Company”) announces that, subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange, it intends to amend the terms of a total of 1,269,663 outstanding share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) issued pursuant to a private placement that closed in on October 5, 2018. Each Warrant is currently exercisable for one common share of Wonderfilm at an exercise price of $0.75 per share until October 5, 2020. If approved, the proposed amendment will reduce the exercise price of the Warrants to $0.50 per share.
