HANGZHOU, China, April 29, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Sky-mobi Limited (“Sky-mobi” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:MOBI), a mobile application platform and game publisher in China, today announced that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 29, 2015.
