John Kennedy Fitzgerald Resigns from Gaming Nation's Board of Directors

John Kennedy Fitzgerald has resigned from the board of directors of Gaming Nation Inc. (TSXV:FAN).
According to the press release:

Due to time commitments, Mr. Fitzgerald, president and chief executive officer of the Intertain Group Ltd., is unable to continue to serve on the board. The board would like to thank him for his valuable contributions and wish him the best of luck with his future endeavours.
Gaming Nation will immediately begin a search for a replacement to Mr. Fitzgerald.
