Engagement Labs Inc. (TSXV:EL) has signed a contract with a car rental company to deliver unique data and analysis of social media channels to build brand affinity to drive sales and better connect with customers.
According to the press release:
Using Engagement Labs’ proprietary data technology, insight mining exercises were activated to better understand on-line social media and off-line word-of-mouth data on the industry. With these insights, Engagement Labs delivered data-centric insights targeted toward connecting with consumers in meaningful ways to build conversation and amplify interest in rentals.
“Building a successful marketing strategy requires more than just a good idea. It requires a deep understanding of the industry, how people are talking about it both on-line and off-line, what type of content they interact with and what type of content engages them and gets them talking,” said Bryan Segal, chief executive officer at Engagement Labs. “Leveraging our proprietary technology, we are able to distill data into insights and build a program that will drive a national conversation and start a socially inspired movement.”
