Bio-Key International (NASDAQ:BKYI), a provider of biometric software and hardware solutions and consumer products offering announced a retail partnership with Aluratek, a leading provider of consumer technology products.

The company said that the partnership will introduce Bio-Key’s biometric and bluetooth enabled TouchLock padlocks and travel locks at major retailers.

As quoted in the press release:

Aluratek has already placed initial stocking orders for two models of BIO-key’s Fingerprint-Enabled Smart Padlocks and TSA-Approved Smart Luggage Locks which have been placed at Best Buy and the Best Buy Online Store during the second quarter.
