Bayshore Networks®, the cybersecurity leader for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), today announced that seasoned product management leader, Ram Boreda has joined the company as vice president product management effective immediately. In this newly created role, Mr. Boreda reports to Michael Dager, Bayshore CEO, with global responsibility for product management including defining product requirements and driving the product roadmap to deliver unique benefits and superior value for customers.

Ram is a seasoned product management leader with deep expertise in enterprise and cloud security products. Ram has a proven track record at four venture capital backed startups, both in Silicon Valley and the East Coast, helping to lead several to successful exits. Most recently, Ram was the VP of product management at CipherCloud, where he played a critical role in establishing the company as a leader in cloud security. He has also held leadership roles at large public companies such as AT&T, Philips, and Verisign. Ram earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Ohio.
