As quoted in the press release:

Dave previously held executive positions with Silicon Valley technology firms such as the high-profile PARC, a Xerox Company in Palo Alto, SCIenergy in San Francisco, along with several early stage technology companies in the cleantech space.

Dave graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NYwith a degree in engineering management and received an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
