Wolf Minerals Completes AUD$182.7 Million Financing

Wolf Minerals Limited (ASX:WLF,AIM:WLFE) has completed a conditional financing to raise gross proceeds of approximately A$182.7 million at a price of A$0.30 per share.

As quoted in the press release:

Wolf will also be undertaking a share purchase plan to raise up to A$2.0 million at the Issue Price and any sums raised in the SPP will reduce certain commitments under the remainder of the Fundraise.
