Soldi Ventures Inc. (CVE:SOV) reports that it has received final assay results from its winter diamond drilling program on its Rainy River and Cameron Lake area claims, Ontario.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The assay of 0.91 g/t Au came from a narrow pyritic zone in an intermediate metavolcanic rock. The hole was drilled under the Meahan showing, where narrow quartz veins have yielded multi-ounce gold assays in the past. The anomalous gold of 0.22 g/t Au over a 7-metre core length is hosted in a massive mafic to ultramafic rock with disseminated pyrrhotite. The samples were also analyzed for platinum-group metals, but these were not present at anomalous levels.
