As quoted in the press release:
Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company and one half of one share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”). Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional Share of the Company at a per share price of $0.18 for a period of two years from the date of closing of the offering, subject to accelerated expiry in certain circumstances.
