Trevali Mining Corporation(TSX:TV) completed a non-brokered private placement with Glencore International AG. The private placement will raise $18 million through 12,620,282 shares at $1.42 per share.
As quoted in the press release:
The funds will be utilized to rapidly advance the Company’s Santander Mine project in Peru and to provide working capital facilities for the new Halfmile Mine in New Brunswick that is presently under production ramp-up. The Private Placement is subject to final approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
