Sunset Cove Mining Inc. (TSXV:SSM) expects to file its annual audited financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis and CEO and CFO certificates (collectively, the “2013 Annual Audited Financial Statements”) by August 30, 2013.

As quoted in the press release:

Until Sunset Cove Mining completes the filing of the 2013 Annual Audited Financial Statements, Sunset is complying with the alternative information guidelines which require Sunset to issue this bi-weekly default status reports by way of a news release so long as the 2013 Annual Audited Financial Statements have not been filed.
