Southern Silver Exploration Corp. (TSXV:SSV) announced that it proposes to issue up to a total of 20.0 million common shares in a non-brokered unit private placement.
Each Unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.20 for a period of 2 years.
