Soltoro Inc. (TSXV:SOL) announced it now holds 14% of the outstanding shares in Argentum Silver Corp (TSXV:ASL).
As quoted in the press release:
As a result of the share issuance Soltoro now owns 6,300,000 shares of Argentum Silver, representing 14% of their outstanding shares. The 3,500,000 shares of Argentum Silver are being issued to Soltoro from treasury pursuant to the option agreement entered into April 25, 2011 at a deemed price by Argentum Silver of $0.30 per share.
