Skyline Gold Amends Private Placement

Skyline Gold Corporation(TSX VENTURE:SK), a company engaged in the exploration and development of its Bronson Slope gold, copper, silver and magnetite project in north western British Columbia’s ‘Golden Triangle’, reported that the company has amended, subject to obtaining requisite approvals, the pricing of its private placement announced on April 14, 2010.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The 5,000,000 units have been repriced to $0.12 per unit for proceeds of up to $600,000. In addition, the warrants have been repriced to $0.15 per warrant.
