Silver prices have recovered slightly from the three-year low they hit on June 28, with prices rising today to $19.58 an ounce, according to Reuters. While that is an improvement over Friday’s low of $18.19, it is still a $0.02 drop from July 1.
Silver futures for September delivery fell $0.16, to $19.43 per ounce, on the COMEX in New York and trading was 46 percent lower than the average for the past 100 days.
